Amitabh Bachchan Trashes News Reports Of Him Testing NEGATIVE For Coronavirus; Calls It An 'Incorrigible LIE'

On July 11, Amitabh Bachchan tweeted that he has tested positive for Coronavirus. He got admitted to Nanavati hospital for the treatment. His son Abhishek Bachchan too tested positive for COVID-19 on the same day and got admitted to the hospital. While Jaya Bachchan tested negative for Coronavirus, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Aaradhya Bachchan tested positive and were kept in home-isolation. However, reportedly they developed symptoms and were shifted to the hospital. Now, the latest update on Big B's health stated that he is Coronavirus Negative.
A few reports suggested that after being in the hospital for more than a week, Amitabh Bachchan's tests have finally come negative for Coronavirus. Reports claimed that the senior actor will be discharged from the hospital soon. However, taking to his Twitter handle, Amitabh Bachchan has cleared the air and called these reports fake.
Amitabh Bachchan who has stayed active on Twitter despite being in the hospital undergoing treatment for Coronavirus wrote, " this news is incorrect, irresponsible, fake and an incorrigible LIE !!" This sets the record straight. Though for some time all his fans heaved a sigh of relief, this tweet of Amitabh Bachchan has once again left his fans worried. Meanwhile, through tweets and blogs, Amitabh Bachchan is thanking everyone who sent in prayers and good wishes to him and his family in tough times. In his recent tweet, he expressed gratitude and wrote, "In these times of trial .. the entire day is filled with your love and care .. and I can only express what best I can from here .. my immense gratitude ..".
